Most people are out of town so we had an impromptu family night at Joe's.

This is to represent how bad my senioritis is. I had an assignment to read a chapter in this book and I was just not focused (Heather and Brodrick were distracting me) and so I just took a picture of one page...one page out of 30 or 40 and called it good. Oops.

Guys. I got a turkey today. It was kinda a big deal. I may have had a minor freak out after. My teacher asked me if I was okay after. Ah. I love it. Ended up with a personal high score of 161.

It's raining. (AKA not cold enough to snow.) And I love it.

I love bubbles. And I love that we get to play each science class. It rocks.

How do you describe a perfect day in words? You don't really. But pictures can help. I am so glad I was able to go to St.George and explore Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park with Molly and Taryn. I always love to get out of Provo and especially if I get to explore nature too. Plus, I WAS WEARING SHORTS. Such a good mini trip.

I just don't understand why I didn't go into art teaching...

In my science class for school we learned how to teach using this goop named Oobleck. Aka I had to share it with my friends. Aka we had to fill a kiddie pool with it. Aka WE DID SCIENCE and loved it. If you don't know what it is you should definitely look it up. People can walk on it! It is a liquid and a solid. It is safe to say I was fascinated.
To end the night we went bowling. And I am happy to say that team Phoenix won the lane competition.

So clearly I wrote this message on Sunday but I didn't take any pictures on Saturday due to some unfortunate events. A wonderful girl in my ward was involved in an avalanche accident and ended up passing away. This has been a very difficult time for my ward. My ward is very tight knit and so when one person mourns we all mourn. But with a close knit ward we are also there for one another and there has been so much love and support shown. I appreciate all the friends that have reached out to me individually as well. It is safe to say that I am thankful for the gospel and the eternal perspective I have.

For Heather's birthday we went rollerblading, played on bouncy castles, played arcade games, danced in the middle of the roller rink and had a really really good time. Shelley and I set up the whole thing and the lady tried to talk us out of buying the funtastic package but we definitely wanted it. Heather even got 45 seconds in a prize cube!

Today I was able to find out that cosmic bowling is not my thing.

Stake activity at Provo Peaks. Tearing up the ice.

These pictures sum up Dallin's surprise birthday party. Safe to say it was a success. Especially when Jimmy bought two candlesticks for the birthday cake instead of birthday candles.
