I spent a lot of time outside playing frisbee because it was nearly 70 degrees! But the, I ended up spending a lot of time tonight finishing up a paper.
I did get to go to a dance performance with Kathryn tonight though, we went for a dance class assignment and it was really great and a good break from homework.

This is what I survive on in college. Gold fish and cereal. Always. Also, I have never seen as big of a box of goldfish before this, ever!

Not much happened today so you get a really cute picture of me and Heather.

Sunday, March 27, 2011

While Heather was away this weekend I gave all the guys her clothes to wear for when she got back. I think she thought it was pretty funny. I know I sure did.

Unfortunately, I couldn't blog last night because I was in a hotel with no wifi. I was in Orderville. Town of 400. My Grandma Crofts sadly passed away last Saturday. Her funeral was today in Orderville where she grew up. My parents and sister were all able to attend which was nice. It was great to see extended family that I haven't seen in years or have never met at all.
Before leaving for Orderville Mark Zuckerburg spoke at BYU.
Loved the sign in our hotel. Pretty much summed up the whole hotel; very Western.
We went to Zion's National Park on the way home and it was beautiful.

Heather went home for the weekend and I do not like it.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011

My friends and I went to an intramural soccer game tonight! Bracken, Jake Gong and Kat all played in it. We were for sure the best fans there. Also, happy birthday Natalie! And my parents are in town! Partay!

And I am rocking the whole March Madness bracket.

Before capture the flag on campus.

Friday, March 18, 2011

My friends and I raced paper boats in a stream around the campus. Who knew you could have so much fun with a sheet of paper, but it was a blast following them down the stream.

I love March Madness! This is the class I have with my sister, Anthropology of Food. And yes, that is my professor in the front watching the BYU game. Which, we won!

Phi Kappa Phi Honor Banquet for Natalie tonight.

Tuesday, March 15, 2011

Heather put on nine shirts today because I wouldn't turn on the heat.

Monday, March 14, 2011

Today, for Family Home Evening we played frisbee, soccer and whatnot because it has been so nice. My friend, Brodrick decided to take my keys because I had put them on the grass to the side. I saw him take them and so I wasn't too worried about it. Then, when I started walking back to my dorm with my friends I realized I had forgot to get them. So I called Brodrick and he had put them next to my friend, Mark's backpack. The night ended up being a wild chase to find them slash thinking I lost them because Heather put them in Mark's backpack. While on the chase Erin, Sarah and I had some many funny memories such as talking to Tim who works at the Cannon Center desk. Pretty fun night overall.

Dinner with the sister tonight!

Saturday, March 12, 2011

My friends and I went to Barnes and Nobles today and wrote notes on sticky notes to put in books. This was my favorite from my friend Bracken. In a baby name book I wrote that they should name their baby Amber. It was super fun to think of things to brighten peoples day!

Project Youth!

Thursday, March 10, 2011

Last Project Youth meeting was tonight. And Project Youth is happening tomorrow! I got into this because Natalie is one of the program directors. It is a service project where over 1,100 5th and 6th graders from Title 1 elementary schools come to BYU for a few hours to learn about college. The idea is to help motivate kids to strive to go to college, especially for those who might not have college graduate or attendees in their life as role models. So I have been on the board for the event and now tomorrow I get to run around making sure things go smoothly with an awesome walkie talkie and maybe even get to ride in the golf cart. I am so excited, I think it will be a blast!

Some crazy things happen during visiting hours. If you can't tell, both Heather and I are in the same pair of sweatpants.

Tuesday, March 8, 2011

Jimmer Fredette right therrr! There was a event to send off both the girls and men basketball teams to the Mountain West Tournament. Which, they are both the #1 seed. The cheerleaders, Cougarettes and TJ Fredette performed among other exciting things!

We were having some awesome, spring-like rain today and then Utah weather had to go all bipolar on me and start snowing.

The Daily Universe dedicated a desk to Jimmer.

Wednesday, March 2, 2011

This is a good summation of today's day. At the end of the day, everyone was just in bad moods. We were on the floor like this for probably a good hour. BYU lost their basketball game, I had to write a 5 page single spaced essay about stuff I don't know, we are all tired of school, it is only Wednesday. Just so many things piled up that made today a bad day.
