It is official, I made it through my day without dying! I went to class, studied, went to class again, studied, took a test, studied, and now the day is over. My history exam went well but I have to wait to see my grades for the short answer and essay part of the test. But it is over and now it is on to the next thing on my to-do list!

Each week Heather and I make videos for our friends and post them on their facebook wall. It is called, Saturday Night Swag. We have been doing it for a few months now and it has turned into quite a tradition. It all began when we made a rap for our friend Jake Gong and ever since then joy has been spread to the world through these videos. Saturday nights are good nights.

One of my favorite parts of being a freshman at BYU is all my friends are preparing for their missions! Cameron and Kevin both opened up their mission calls and are going to Brazil, different missions but just one week apart and will be in the MTC at the same time. McKay also opened his mission call today and got called to Finland!

So the pressure is off, I missed not one, but two days of blogging. I was on 146 day streak with it too. I don't know how it happened. I mean, I have blogged when I am really tired and it is Friday at 3 in the morning but I remember to do it. This was a Tuesday night when I had nothing going on. What is my deal? The thing is I didn't even realize I hadn't blogged. My mom texted me the next morning in shock! Then last night I even took a picture and put my camera by my computer to upload it and I still forgot! I mean, it was bound to happen sometime. I think my mind is in Hawaii mode and I just don't have anymore space in my brain.
This was Wednesday, nearly 50 degrees and sunny. I cannot wait for warm weather.
Today, I want to the BYU Health Center to have them look over my knee. When I saw this it reminded me of one of my favorite movies. I know it is not Christmas but enjoy:

So both these pictures are horrible but that's okay because the performance was not! Natalie and I got to see the BYU Theatre Ballet perform Cinderella and it was excellent. They had the BYU Philharmonic Orchestra play too. It was my first ballet besides the Nutcracker when I was probably 7 years old and I loved it!

Sister Beck came to speak to just the relief society in my stake. It was amazing! I was going to take a picture of her while she was talking but I thought that would not be appropriate. I was in one of the first few rows and my ward relief society was even asked to sing the musical number. Oh, Elder Russell M. Nelson also spoke at my stake conference today. Two amazing servants of the Lord speaking to us in just one day. Crazy!

Last night I went to bed at 2:30am. This morning I got up at 4:30am. I have taken naps longer than my night's sleep last night. I had to get up so early for housing. Sarah, Heather, Erin, Meredith and I all got up to go wait in line outside to make sure we get the apartments we want next year. Every place does it a little different but for Liberty Square it is a pretty popular place so some girls even camped there all night. We were 30th in line when we got there. By 6:00am there were probably 40 more people behind us. We only had to wait outside for about an hour (in 0 degree weather) before they let us in to the basketball gym. Where, we waited until 10:00am to turn in our contracts. They did have pancakes, hot chocolate and movies though. We hear back from them in a week so hopefully we get the building we want! It was a experience, that is for sure, but I don't really think I want to repeat it.
