Oh hey guys,
This is a little bit embarrassing... if you didn't notice I suck at blogging. Things get busy, I get lazy.. you know the routine. I like reading blogs but not so much of keeping one myself. But I am here to try again, in a different way. There are two stories to go with me starting a blog again and so I will share the background of it.
My friend Sarah sends her friend a picture message everyday. I thought that was such a fun idea because it is an easy way to stay in touch with a friend but doesn't take a lot of time. So I decided to do that with my friend, Alexis. It has been fun sending her a picture with a little caption so she knows what I am up to. In return I get these beautiful pictures of Hawaii because she is going to school there. Pretty sweet deal huh?
Then I was with my sister and I took out my phone to take a picture to send to Alexis and my sister said I should do the same thing but make it my blog. (My sister always tells me I should blog. She even threatened to unfollow my blog if I didn't write something soon.)
So this is my idea. And I know it has been done before. I even follow someones blog that does the same thing. So yes, I admit it I am a follower. But maybe somebody will like it! My pictures also will be mostly from my phone, so I apologize in advance for the poor quality. I also apologize in advance for how many pictures will be of my homework or something equally as boring. But here my adventure goes:

To equal out for how much I wrote (which will most likely never happen again) I am going to post more than one picture because I have kept the ones I sent to my friend, and some of quite funny.

First day of college.

We wrote "get some" on our window... :)

My sister edited my paper and I did this.. Just one side though.
Sunday outside the dorms. Perfect weather.

The past two days it has been 65 degrees and sunny! I have been loving it. I have been reading Bitten by Robert Smith and now I am able to read outside! I even got a slight sun tan.

Also, Smiling Eyes Photography is having a contest on their cute little blog. I love all their photos and their blog! You can win a free photo session! So exciting! If you need something to do you should definitely check out their photos. Or even if you don't need anything to do, you should check them out anyways because it is worth it.

-I don’t care if people don’t like Nick Jonas. I do!

I want someone to need me.
Is that so bad?
I wanna break all the madness
but it's all I have.”

We are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day”

Today was a fairytale

-“Gus, stop being a gooey chocolate-chip cookie!”

-"Gus, stop being a silly rabbit, because they are for kids."

Lollipops

-I am pretty sure I have had 5 in the past two days. Yummm

Pinhole Photography

So finals week is over. Thank goodness. It was actually my last finals week in high school ever because seniors take finals during regular classes for the second semester. I took photo 2 this past semester and bought a pinhole camera during it. Here are some of the photos I took.

Once Upon Year 2010

Jessica Poff was married to Brian Francom yesterday in the Portland Temple. They had their reception in the Octagonal Barn at the Road House on Cornell. It was beautiful. The Poff family asked me to take some pictures at the reception so I thought I would share a few here!

Baby, It’s Cold Outside

So the other day, meaning yesterday, I had a doctors appointment. Once I was home I decided I didn’t want to go to AP Psych in the middle of the period so I stayed home to wait until Seminary would start. My friend Martha Davidson, who I am pretty sure is one of two people that read this blog, created a group on facebook to be involved in photo challenges. The first one was “Cold.” We are suppose to interpret the idea however we want and then share our photos. I went outside to take some pictures of the cold. Which wasn’t hard, due to the fact is was 15 degrees outside! This whole week I am pretty sure the temperature hasn’t risen above 20 degrees which is abnormal for Oregon. If we had some moisture we  would have a lot of snow. But of course, we don’t. It is clear, sunny, beautiful and cold! So I thought I would post some of the pictures I took for the challenge.
