Day one without Brady. Hiking with purses. It's a thing. Shelley and I went with some friends who were going rock climbing but made our own adventure instead. We found a cave and hiked to it and then obviously a photo shoot broke out. 

Over the past couple years Jeepin' has become one of my favorite things to do. Today, it was perfect. It was wonderful to get out of the library and breath in some fresh air with some good friends. Thanks to Cam for always taking us!

The day was beautiful. Seriously, one of the most warm and best Saturdays in a long time. The great day started off with some friends at West Mountain shooting some guns. I just love to be outdoors. And as Heather put it, "I think I secretly belong on a ranch."

How does playing double dutch for a few hours sound? Well, it rocked! After tanning (yes, it is in the 50s and my ward decided it was warm enough to tan.) on a roof we broke out the jump rope. We decided we needed some signs that said children at play to warn cars to slow down because it was like we were children again.

To end a great Saturday I tasted one of the best unknown candy bars out there. My ward may be obsessed with these. If you haven't ever had one you better change that asap. They are everything a Butterfinger should have been. 

Cam got a new jeep and that meant we had to take it off roading! It was the best. The colors are still gorgeous and we went farther down the trail than I have ever gone. And it rained. And I got muddy. And we saw ranchers bringing in their cows. And I loved it. 

To end the day we had a study abroad reunion. Love these girls so much. 

A Whirlwind of College Life

This blogging thing is giving me a real tough time lately. I blame it on the fact that I still feel like I am on break. School? What's that. I also blame it on the fact that my phone wouldn't connect to my computer so I couldn't get the pictures for a while. But hey, I am going to do another nice little recap of my life. Hopefully after today I will go back to posting a picture a day. I need to keep up on all my crazy adventures. For example, yesterday I had three or four different things to go to and did I successfully capture those moments? Nope. Fail. Over it. Time to try again. 

August 28-

 It's official. I cleared my background check for my major. Watch out.

August 29th-

 Got my Oregon license plates!

 Heather bought Spongebob sheets.

 And tried on every left over clothing at our apartment. 

August 30th-

First football game of the season. Break out the RV and the BBQ for a tailgate party. 

August 31-

Say goodbye to August with a bonfire night. 

September 1-

Say hello to September with another bonfire night. 

September 3-

Hike to Stewart falls.

September 4th-

Heather falls out of her chair. Again. 

September 5th-

Start making decorations for my upcoming Italian themed birthday party. 

September 6th-

 Heather is home for the weekend and we miss her dearly. 

September 7th-

Volleyball game! Beat the Utes. Always a good victory. Plus, I got to see Tia play.

September 8th-

Football game by day and soccer game by night. Win over Weber State and then the Woman's soccer game took a big win over #6 Penn State. All to an attendance breaking crowd. Good day to be  a BYU fan.
